What happens if I don't collect my order?

If you don't come and pick up your recipe kit, we'll hold it at the collection point for as long as we can. However due to food expiry dates, we can't keep it for too long after your chosen collection time. If you need to re-arrange your collection date or time, then just give us a shout!

What should I do if I'm not happy with my recipe kit?

If there's something wrong with your order, then please don't hesitate to reach out to customer support and let us know. We'll provide a refund and do everything we can to sort out the problem.
